Like many women, Dr. Cullum felt proud to work hard and make things happen. But no matter how much she achieved, she felt drained and unfulfilled. She knew, deep inside, that what she was doing was not working anymore. She found her way through the jungle of doubt, muddled priorities, and malnourished work ethic. Now, she is on a mission to share what she is learned with other women and to help them go from surviving to thriving. She founded the CEO of You® Academy, which helps women gain the knowledge and experiences to analyze where they are and why, where they want to go and why, and the steps they need to bridge the gap.
